At your cost-free appointment, we provide
Pregnancy testing & confirmation
Before seeking an abortion procedure, chemical/medical (abortion pill) or surgical, you should obtain a sonogram/ultrasound to determine if the pregnancy is viable (uterine or non-ectopic) and for accurate pregnancy dating. After a positive pregnancy test in our lab, we will provide an ultrasound to a woman who is at least six weeks pregnant (last menstrual period) at no cost to you. You can also talk to a patient advocate to learn more about the side-effects of the abortion pill and surgical abortion.
Testing for STIs at no cost
Any woman considering abortion should be tested for STIs to ensure these infections are not spread during the procedure. We will discuss this with you and provide the necessary testing.
